FleetOpus
FREE TEMPLATE · ANONYMOUS PROBE

A free website care report template, with no PDF to download.

Most “free templates” are PDF skeletons with placeholders. This one is a live, anonymous probeof a real public site, rendered through the FleetOpus shell. Same bones your agency would send monthly. No account. No login. Slots the probe can't measure show up as UNKNOWN, never a guess — so the template is honest before you brand it.

ANATOMY · WHAT A CARE REPORT TEMPLATE OWES YOU

Five sections every monthly care-report template should have.

The shell above is built from the same five sections a good retainer report needs. If a template you are evaluating is missing any of these, it will read as marketing — not as stewardship.

  1. SECTION 01

    Coverage & uptime

What we monitored, what was up, what was down. Percentages with timestamps your client can verify against their own dashboard.

  2. SECTION 02

    Incidents & resolutions

Plain language. What broke, when, what we did, when it came back. No incident is silently folded into the next month.

  3. SECTION 03

    Performance & latency

Real measurements, not medians pulled from a marketing chart. TTFB, LCP, TLS expiry, headers — measured from our vantage, named as ours.

  4. SECTION 04

    Maintenance performed

Plugin updates, backups, security scans, content changes — itemised with timestamps so the client sees the work their retainer paid for.

  5. SECTION 05

    Seal & share link

A SHA-256 chain your client can verify themselves. No login, no portal — an opaque link and the same bytes the agency sealed. The seal is what makes this not a marketing email.

  6. HONESTY GATE

    UNKNOWN, never a guess

If the probe could not measure a slot from our vantage point, the template says UNKNOWN. A guess wears your agency's brand; an honest gap keeps it.

HOW TO USE THIS TEMPLATE

Probe your client's domain. Drop your brand on top.

The probe is the template. Once you have a real shell filled in, the remaining work is branding and copy — not inventing numbers. Open /sample, type your client's apex domain, and the shell renders.

FILL-IN-ORDER
  1. 1. Logo & agency mark — replace the FleetOpus header on the shell.
  2. 2. Cover letter — one paragraph, plain English, the month in words.
  3. 3. Coverage & uptime numbers — already in the shell; verify, do not retype.
  4. 4. Incident log — fold in real events from your ticketing system.
  5. 5. Seal & share — finalise, generate the opaque client link, send.
HONESTY · WHAT THIS TEMPLATE IS NOT

What we are not saying.

  • We are not auditing nike.comor its owners. The numbers above come from one public probe of the apex — that's all.
  • This is not a downloadable PDF. There is nothing to fill in with a pen. The template is the shell the probe renders into.
  • A result of UNKNOWN means the probe could not measure it from our vantage point — not that the property is broken or absent.
