FleetOpus
PUBLIC VERIFICATION KIT · FROZEN EVIDENCE · DETERMINISTIC VERDICT

A fleet-run verdict you can re-derive yourself.

This page hosts a frozen evidence pack for one real Hermes fleet run (card t_0571a99c, run 1009), the pure verifier that reads it, and the verifier's canonical output. Download the kit, run one command, and compare your bytes to ours. The expected verdict is HOLD — this is a falsification slice, not a proof. The verifier structurally refuses to upgrade the verdict without authenticated evidence, and it refuses to attribute events across time windows at all.

WHY HOLD

HOLD is the baseline verdict for this slice; required classes include first-class ABSENT entries -- MESHFLEET_NEGATIVE and ROUTEPLANE_WINDOW_EVIDENCE -- so the verdict cannot be upgraded without authenticated evidence.

producer_mutations = none· pack_frame = "HOLD / falsification slice -- not a Proof-1 PASS" · authenticated-evidence class present = false

VERIFIER FINDINGS BOARD · 7 CLASS FINDINGS + TALLY

Every load-bearing observation, sorted, no missing entries.

Rendered verbatim from the committed verifier output. Absences are first-class findings, not gaps: the pack preserves MESHFLEET_NEGATIVE and ROUTEPLANE_WINDOW_EVIDENCE as load-bearing absences.

REPLAY IT · ONE COMMAND, BYTE-FOR-BYTE

Two downloads, one command, compare your output.

# 1 — fetch the verifier and the frozen pack

curl -O https://fleetopus.com/hold-pack/replayable_verifier.py
curl -O https://fleetopus.com/hold-pack/freeze-pack-artifact.json

# 2 — run it (needs only Python 3 stdlib)

python3 replayable_verifier.py freeze-pack-artifact.json

# 3 — your output must byte-match the published result

curl -O https://fleetopus.com/hold-pack/verification-result.json
python3 replayable_verifier.py freeze-pack-artifact.json | diff - verification-result.json

The verifier is a pure function: no clock, no network, no environment, no randomness. Same pack in, byte-identical result out — verified via deterministic stdlib replay (and validated across subprocess runs with different PYTHONHASHSEED values and charter-compliance test suites in the open repository). If your output differs from /hold-pack/verification-result.json, the pack or the verifier was tampered with — that difference is the alarm.

THE KIT · 17 FILES (10 EVIDENCE PACK + 7 TOOLKIT)

Every evidence pack file carries its SHA-256 in MANIFEST.json.

The 10 frozen evidence pack files are rooted under PACK_ROOT.sha256 (computed as SHA-256 over formatted path\tsha256:hex\tsize lines in manifest order) with individual metadata and roles recorded in MANIFEST.json (self-hashed in MANIFEST.sha256). The canonical verifier script, output artifact, receipt, and documentation carry explicit, published SHA-256 digests below so the entire public kit is independently auditable.

WHAT THIS IS NOT
  • — Not a proof that any agent action was correct, safe, or high-quality. The verdict is HOLD and the ceiling is conditional.
  • — Not a compliance certification; external standards mapping is evidence support only.
  • — Not a claim about events outside the frozen pack's declared read-set; time-window attribution is refused by construction.
  • — Not mutable: the pack is frozen with a content root; this page renders a committed byte-for-byte replay of the verifier's output. If either changes, the hashes above stop matching and the page is wrong by construction.
